I don't think I've ever received such considerate service from a company! Initially, my furnace problem was tricky to identify. Ash came to help me after there office had closed for the day to investigate and lined up Ed to fix the problem. Ed explained everything to me in great detail and the price came out far lower than what I'd anticipated. I'd recommend Novel care! to anyone who wants excellent customer service. Very impressed.

I just had my yearly furnace, Ductless air conditioner maintenance, down by Ryan of Novelcare , Ryan was proficient and after the maintenance was done explained all his findings. He left me with such a better understanding of the workings of my furnace .I highly recommend Novel Care and if you can ask for Ryan. I know I will be for any future calls. I am one super happy customer! Long story short, after being repeatedly strung along like a piece of dirt by a much bigger HVAC company, which I won't name, but I'll say they weren't eliable\ at all contrary to their nam. Darren came to my home and examined my HVAC system and took his time to explain his thoughts on getting a steam humidifier installed. There was no pressure, it was just two guys talking about HVAC systems and options and about the industry. On installation day, Robert and Alexi arrived and set out to get working. What I am truly impressed by is that they took their time to make sure things were done right. They always explained what they were thinking and what they were going to do and asked me first to make sure I was okay with that route. My home setup was challenging, because its a small stacked townhome and the mechanical room doesnt give you much to work with, but these guys made it work. Even when they thought they might have had to drill holes into the ceiling on the floor below to get the wiring through, they knew it wasn't something I would have liked, and they figured out another option. Amazing. Amazing. Amazing. Thank you to the Novelcare team for everything. Within 30 mins I already can see that the humidity in my home has gone from 23% to 35%. I will never own a home without a steam humidifier again, and I know exactly who I will call to install it when I need to.
